  1. Make the person safe. Move them out of traffic or
    water if possible without causing more harm; do not move a suspected
    spinal injury.
  2. Call for an ambulance — dial 118
    or 119 in Indonesia. Some private hospitals also run

  3. Note the location precisely. A pinned location or
